Mobius MKII Reference Loudspeaker System

audiojunkies provides us an information about the Mobius MKII loudspeakers that looks like a gadget from Alien world. The speaker stands at 38 inch tall and houses four drivers in its 8 inch bipolar array that rests comfortable on top of the speaker to produce 360 degrees of sound. The orb houses two 1 inch silk dome tweeters and a pair of 6 inch midbass drivers with neodymium motors mounted back to back. The Mobius MKII is able to play up to 20kHz of audio. It will be released in spring next year with the price range between $10,000 to $15,000.

LG Releases 32-inch Plasma TV

LG will release its 32PC5RV 32 inch plasma TV in Brazil this month. The company will also release it to 27 countries by November. It is claimed as the smallest and slimmest plasma TV in the world. The 32PC5RV features an aspect ratio of 16:9 and an amazing response time of 0.001ms. Pricing info is still unknown.

The next Xbox to feature in-built HD-DVD player?

The latest ‘sources’ are claiming that there’s a new Xbox on its way with a built-in HD-DVD drive. But there’s more. It’s a collaboration with Toshiba, and will feature dual HDTV tuners, an Electronic Programme Guide for digital television and a Zune dock. Of course, that last one is only useful if they ever launch the Zune in the UK. Ho hum.
